Ecomondo, the ecological transition ecosystem, is the place for industry, stakeholders, policy makers, opinion leaders and local authorities to meet and talk. It brings together and systemises the key elements that define the development strategies of the European Union's environmental policy.
It is the reference international event in Europe and the Mediterranean basin for technologies, services and industrial solutions in the green and circular economy sectors. A hub for research and innovation, it hosts the leading companies in environmental services, solutions and technologies, covering water management, waste disposal, textiles, bioenergy, soil management and protection, transport, agriculture and sustainable cities.
During the 4 days of the event and throughout the year, Ecomondo addresses issues related to the implementation status of the PNRR flagship projects and the state of adoption, at Italian, European and international level, of the circular economy in the main industrial supply chains in addition to the ecological restoration and regeneration of soils and the hydrosphere, coasts and circular and healthy cities. It also offers information and networking on research and innovation funding, on new policies and offers insights into the new languages of communication to promote the transition towards sustainable processes and qualified training opportunities at all levels from public administration, to freelancers, managers and sustainability operators.
PREPSOIL at the event
On 7th November 14:30-17:00, PREPSOIL will be promoted during the session "General States for Soil Health – 3rd Edition. Opportunities for Soil Regeneration and Climate Neutrality: Carbon-Positive Actions and Nature-Based Solutions", through PREPSOIL partner Re Soil Foundation.
